In order to create a package concept for the citrus reamer, I kept the theme of the Memphis group. I wanted this person to display their reamer with pride, so the package would double its meaning into a shelf. I created an idea where the lemon would be the visual for the shelf/package since the functionality of the citrus reamer revolves around lemons.

 
The bright yellow of the lemons mimic the bright palette of Memphis. In order to abstract the lemon form as much as possible, the shelf transformed into a hexagon, with lemon spheres at each end.

All graphics were created in Adobe Illustrator.
The 3D model was created in Rhino and rendered in Adobe Dimension.
